Phone - For those:


  • who feel more comfortable to talk freely about their very personal issues.
  • easier to find a quiet place to take a phone call than a video call.
  • who are self-conscious about how they look.

 

Email - We will cover everything that I would cover in live phone/video coaching, but at your pace.

Perfect for those:


  • who have busy schedule and find it difficult scheduling a 45 minute appointment.
  • who prefers writing, or like to process their thoughts and questions before expressing them.


Zoom - It gives you an advantage of visual communication in which face-to-face, live communication takes place without requiring any transportation. Zoom video coaching sessions are used by local, national and international clients. It gives you free online video calls to anywhere in the world. You can set up a free Zoom account.
